Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 41 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and plancha to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space. Free parking is also available in front of the residence.
