Located on the 8th floor with elevator, it comprises :

You'll particularly appreciate its calm and panoramic view over Paris and the Seine.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The area is well served by public transport such as the RER, metro and bus.
There is an RER C and two metro lines close to the flat.

There is an Asian grocery shop "K-Mart" at the foot of the building.

- the Beaugrenelle shopping centre, a 5-minute walk away, with a "Monoprix" supermarket for your everyday needs, Galeries Lafayette and numerous restaurants and cinemas;
- the Champ-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower 15 minutes away;

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant, lively district. It's within easy reach of many of Paris's landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen). It's a very busy shopping district, with its own Beaugrenelle shopping mall, and streets full of stores like Rue du Commerce. Its relaxed atmosphere and security make it a pleasant place to be.
