Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk where on-site staff will provide detailed information about the resort and it's incredible amenities. There is someone at the front desk at all times to help you make the best use of this beautiful lodge. The resort requires an ID check and a $200 refundable deposit for resort incidentals. Your Vrbo deposit of $200 is for in-room considerations only. Both deposits are returned to you in the event that no damage to the resort or private condo is reported.

Please note that your reservation comes with a departure clean only. Turn-down service, towel service, or daily cleans are not included in your reservation and must be arranged through the resort and paid for by the guest. You can do this when checking-in at the front desk with a credit card, or by calling the front desk at any time.
