We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment upon our arrival on Saturday. I’m attaching photos and videos to highlight the issues we encountered. The property was in a filthy state and clearly had not been cleaned properly prior to our stay.More concerning, we discovered drugs inside the sofa and evidence of drug use on the rooftop terrace—completely unacceptable, especially as we were traveling with children.The air conditioning in the ground floor bedroom was unusable due to the excessive noise it produced. The upstairs bedroom had no air conditioning at all, and the third bedroom did not qualify as a bedroom—it lacked blinds, making it impossible to sleep past dawn.In addition, there was no water in the downstairs toilet, and no cold water available in the bathroom.This trip was meant to be a special occasion for my husband’s 50th birthday and our first visit to Brussels. Instead, we were left incredibly disappointed by the experience
