Wonderfull studio in plain vdr Canarian Finca. The finca is a historic 100-year old farmhouse, restored and maintained iebevoll style Cesar Manrique.
The house is situated on a 6,000 sqm property in the pretty village of La Asomada, with sea views.
The studio is about 30 square meters, with king size bed, sitting area, bathroom with bathtub in the living room, and a Separate WC.
Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge, and a Cerankochefeld with 2 plates are in the room, another cooking facilities with Sink is located in the patio (patio) that can be used by both studios.
There are only 2 studios which are rented and those arriving by several people, has the possibility to book studio Patio II thereto, provided it is not used.
Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge.
Selbstverstaendlich also bed linen and towels are provided.
The patio with its 'owner' 100 year old Eukaliptusbaum is the meeting point of the estate. Here are various seating areas and a hammock. The property has been built around the tree, which is typical Canarian.
The garden can be used by all. Sun loungers are available. There are several fig trees, and other fruit trees, in which may be operated at season like.
The peace and the prospect of this glorious property are unbeschreibilch.
The property consists of 3 studios and a main house opposite. Are rented only 2 studios.
The La Asomada is located outside of mass tourism, but everything is easily accessible by car. Here is more fruit and vegetables by hand angebuat and geernetet. The town has a small corner shop and a tapas bar bfindet. A large euro austerity is 3 Km Distance in Macher, more shops with restaurants are severally in Tias's also about 3 km away. Puerto del Carmen beaches and the old harbor can be reached in about 6 minutes. It is 11 km to Arrecife and the capital of the island 15 km to the airport.
And the beautiful wine region La Geria is just a stone's throw away.

La maison est tres belle avec ces puits de lumiere et sa cour avec le magnifique arbre au milieu.

Lieu insolite

Super séjour dans ce studio original avec un emplacement assez central permettant de visiter dans un rayon de 30-40 minutes beaucoup de lieux intéressants. (Musée du vin el Grifo, fondation César Manrique etc.). Très bon accueille de Nadine qui est d'une réactivité redoutable :) en cas de besoin.

Rundum wohl gefühlt

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nadine war wundervoll, wir haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Erkundungstouren auf der ganzen Insel hervorragend gelegen, gerne wieder!!

habitat insolite et plein de charme mais qui nécessiterait quelques travaux de peinture

Le charme d'une finca authentique avec son arbre séculaire. La "cuisine" est à l'extérieur ( attention aux dates de location: il peut faire frais pour déjeuner le matin); très bien situé sur l'île, beaucoup de calme et le chant des oiseaux. Problème de wifi et de réseau ( bien que précisé qu'il n'y en a que dans la cour, les signaux sont très faibles et il faut marcher un peu pour avoir internet et le téléphone). Le linge de maison ( couvertures, couettes, coussins du salon de jardin) a vraiment besoin d'être changé. Si ce point n'est pas réglé ( ainsi que peut-être un rafraîchissement en peinture), on pourra considérer que le rapport qualité /prix n'est plus respecté ( d'autres hébergements pour nous sur l'île à des prix équivalents mais au confort plus appréciable). Bonne communication avec l'hôtesse.

Cute studio!

Ideal for a couple. Very cute and original studio in La Asomada. I recommend summer, as winter is a bit cold in Lanzarote and the place is not equipped with heating system. Nadine is very helpful and available for her guests.

Lovely authentique finca in tranquil area

A cosy courtyard around an old eucalyptus tree, authentique Island architecture and colours, friendly host. We loved our stay in this finca. Only surprise we bumped upon was the water in the bathtub...a little brownish due to the scarcity of water? Anyway, a nice rendering of true life in Lanzarote

La Finca dell'Eucalipto trecentenario

il posto è veramente delizioso, tra l'altro abbiamo scoperto parlando con gente del posto che è una delle abitazioni più antiche de La Asomada, originariamente di proprietà della Famiglia Hernandez :) Le colazioni nel cortile contemplando questo albero secolare che ha preso una forma unica per ripararsi dal vento sono magiche. Fa per voi se amate le situazioni rustiche e bucoliche ( e non vi fate infastidire da qualche formichina) e se siete molto in confidenza con chi condividete l'ambiente, in quanto la vasca è in mezzo alla stanza :)

location style traditionel de Lanzarote

très joli studio réalisé dans le style traditionnel type César Manriqué. On y est préservé de la chaleur et du vent. Un bon camp de base pour rayonner dans toute l'ile. Randonnées et plages... Fabrice

A peaceful traditional finca, away from the tourists areas. Stunning scenery & quirky accommodation. Cooking facilities are a bit minimal, so hiring a car is a must. This is a great location as a base to explore the whole island.

Sehr nette Vermieterin

Vermieterin sehr nett. Bietet auch Ausflüge und ab und an Essen an. Vor Allem ein Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen - äußert lecker. Unterkunft sehr einfach, das nötigste. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wenn was nicht gefällt, etwas in der Finka fehlt oder... Sofort zur Vermieterin gehen, sie geht in Aktion. Es gibt 2 große Hunde, sehr lieb - das sollte man vielleicht noch Wissen.

Schön, aber im Winter ungeeignet

Schön ausgebaute Finca, nette Vermieterin, aber mit einigen Mängeln: - Kein Fenster, kein Blick vom Zimmer oder Hof - Ausstattung: Küche (sehr) bescheiden, Möbel zum Teil reparaturbedürftig, kein Essplatz drinnen, nur im Hof - da La Asomada eine sehr windige Region ist (und es als wir da waren, auch ungewöhnlich viel geregnet hat), braucht man zumindest in den Wintermonaten drinnen eine wohnlichere Atmosphäre. Mit nur einer funktionsfähigen Sitzgelegenheit blieb so nur das Bett... - wissen sollte man auch, dass das Haus sehr nah an einer doch eher stark frequentierten Straße liegt - und schließlich hätte zumindest ich gern vorher gewusst, dass es zwei große (wohlerzogene) Hunde gibt.
