Welcome to this delightful 12 square metre studio in the heart of Cannes. Ideal for two people, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located close to all amenities, you'll be able to make the most of your stay in complete peace and quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is located on the 6th floor (There is a lift to the 5ᵉ floor, but the last floor is on foot); it comprises: - a living area with a sofa bed; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen - and a shower room. There is no terrace. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: WIFI, Television, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest. The accommodation is located : - close to a bus station (10 minutes' walk), close to the train station, and 50 metres from a car park (reduced prices for cars); - 9 minutes' walk from the city centre; - 14 minutes from the Croisette - and 15 minutes from the Old Port. For everyday shopping, there is a Lidl supermarket just 2 minutes' walk away. There are also a number of bars and restaurants close by. We look forward to welcoming you!
