Everyone in your party will have their personal space in this recently renovated end unit, 3 bedroom and 3.5-bath, townhouse in the Huntington complex of Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Open the door to a bright, cathedral ceiling living room with a couch, loveseat and accent chair, and a 42 ½ inch flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, and a large cathedral-style window that overlooks the complex pool. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen.

The cheerful kitchen features granite countertops, black appliances, a pantry cupboard, a closet with a stack washer/dryer, and access to a convenient powder room. Off the other side of the dining area, is a sunroom with a sleep sofa, thick wicker chair with cushions and pillows, ceiling fan and a door leading to the landscaped grounds and the pool beyond.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a 31 ½ inch flat screened TV, a large window overlooking the pool, a door to the grounds/pool, and a spacious private bath with a double closet, a large tub, and a walk-in shower.

A sky lighted stairwell with 17 steps leads to the 2nd floor and a bedroom with 2 Full sized beds, a 19 ½ inch flat screened TV, a window overlooking the pool, and a private combination tub/shower bath. A bridge walkway then connects to the 3rd bedroom, which has a King bed, a 23 ½ inch flat screened TV, and a private bath with a skylight and a walk-in shower.

The Huntington pool is heated Oct, Nov, March and April; the hot tub is heated year round, with the exception of January. This is the perfect place for your next vacation, pool view and the ocean just steps away across the street.
