Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it includes :
- a mezzanine master bedroom with a double bed ;

- a fully-equipped kitchen;

- a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, B Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that there are two further single beds on the ground floor.

The apartment is close to many direct buses to all tourist attractions.

There are also several theaters and excellent restaurants for lunch or dinner in the neighborhood.

## Emplacement
Paris's 9th arrondissement is a pleasant place to visit and live. A shopping and leisure district, it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but its population is more mature and diverse. With high-standard but affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another.
The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
