This delightful residence, exclusively designated for your pleasure, is situated in the highly sought-after community of The Dunes. A brief stroll to the beach (3rd tier) and access to a refreshing swimming pool await you, complemented by the charming location and picturesque views.

The Silver Seashell serves as the ideal hub for exploring all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Delight in exquisite dining, tee off at exceptional golf courses, embark on thrilling fishing adventures, and engage in exciting family activities, all within a short drive.

Recently revamped, this home offers all the comforts necessary for a fantastic beach vacation. It accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably and provides on-site parking for up to 4 cars. Please be aware that there is one set of stairs to access the property, and additional flights of stairs lead to the bedrooms within the house.

As your host, I am available by phone throughout your stay to offer as much or as little interaction as you desire.

The Silver Seashell is nestled within The Dunes, a private and gated community. Local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks, are just a short drive away. A car is essential for getting around, and the property is conveniently located near the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

Please take note that the primary renter must be 25 years or older, well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs), and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or on the balconies. Regrettably, we do not allow cats, birds, or other animals.

A Great Place To Stay

This was our fifth trip to Ft. Morgan and the Dunes. Our family has grown, so we needed a larger house to stay in that allows pets. This property was perfect. The third floor is set up perfectly for the children in the family. We had a wonderful vacation enjoying fishing, swimming, beach walks, and family time. I would definitely rent this property again.

Nice place to relax

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our extended family. It was further out than we thought. If you are planning on just hanging out at the house and the beach it is wonderful. If you want to go back and forth just know it is a 20 -30 minute drive. That might bother some people. It didn't really bother us.

Family Week at the Beach

The family had a great time this week. The house was roomy enough for out 11. 12 people would have been a stretch. The kitchen was small but it had everything one needs to keep the meals and party going. The best check in/ check out we've stayed at. We recommend the house but know your a ways from any beach. However, the pool was great!

Excellent Stay

The property was great. Short walk to the beach and there are spots available to rent off the beach as well. The food in the are isn’t great, but the Walmart is about a 25 minute drive so we made most of our meals at the home.
