Indoor/outdoor living comes easy at this home, with a private pool set outside underneath a lanai that doesn't impede the view. Plenty of seating means outdoor dinners can happen any time of the week. Two of the bedrooms feature a private entrance to the deck, so feel free to take a morning swim. One bedroom features a desk workspace, so guests can complete remote work or schooling before taking a dip in the pool. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom that includes double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. When it's time to come together for meals, the open kitchen includes full-size appliances and an eat-in dining area, plus a view of the backyard so you can keep an eye on everyone. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool in this lovely home filled with bright details.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
