Fancy a break by the sea? Then our apartment "MUCH SEA" is exactly right for you.
The beautifully furnished apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house right on the harbor of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the water.
On 81 m² offers bright apartment sleeps up to 4 people, if necessary, a. 5 Person relate the sofa bed in the living room.

The open-plan living area has comfortable sofas and with the large floor to ceiling windows offer not only a great panoramic view of the harbor of the resort, but also a wonderful focal point for the whole family. The adjoining open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has a dining area, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the water at breakfast.

Enjoy the sunshine in a beach chair on the large terrace which is directly adjacent to the pier and let your day with a delicious barbeque end ... There are two bedrooms available which have a double bed and two single beds. Through the floor to ceiling windows to be brought into the holiday mood in the morning with a view of the glittering loop.

Should the weather once you put a spoke in the vacation planning, it is provided with an electric stove and floor heating cozy, warm and with various entertainment media for alternative employment. Or treat yourself to a Wellness Get in the infrared sauna or with a soothing bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub ...

In addition, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine / dryer unit and features an outdoor sun loungers, garden furniture and a Weber grill on the patio, and a lawn for shared front of the house.
Note for people with disabilities: The apartment has a continuous, single-storey lobby with a 85 cm wide door and internal doors have a clear width of 90 cm (except sauna door), but the apartment is not handicapped / wheelchair access.

A reserved parking space is located directly in front of the harbor house.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und die Wohnung ist prima. Besonders der Blick auf das Wasser überall ist herrlich. Die Terrasse könnte etwas netter gestaltet sein - das war in den Nachbarwohnungen deutlich gemütlicher. Und kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein paar mehr Handtuchhalter im Bad wären klasse! Sonst war alles tiptop!! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Doppelhauses mit Terrasse direkt zum Hafenbecken (schöner Blick). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Einchecken verläuft sehr unkompliziert. Die Fewo liegt direkt am Wasser und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Tolles Ferienobjekt

Wir waren vom 17.-21.10.22 zum ersten Mal im Ostseeresort Olpenitz. Die Unterkunft bot alles was man braucht und war super ausgestattet. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief Problemlos und der telefonische Kontakt war freundlich. Der Blick beim Frühstück aufs Wasser einfach unbezahlbar. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Toller Ausblick in den Hafen. Die Einrichtung war gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Fußboden im Wohnzimmer könnte mal wieder eine Auffrischung gebrauchen (hat einige Macken, Flecke). Aber trotzdem war es ein gelungener Kurzurlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke auch für die unkomplizierte Buchung sowie für das Ein- und Auschecken.
