For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A lovely 580 m² enclosed garden surrounding the house
- An 8m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
