PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

The pool can be heated to a temperature of 80-83 degrees for an additional fee collected outside of this booking site. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated prior to your trip. The Hot tub is heated only during your stay for no additional fee. The pool and hot tub share a heater and we can only heat one body of water at a time.

The pool is gated for your children protection. The gate does not have a lock. Children must be monitored at all times and while in the water.

Do not download copyright content from the internet. There is a fee associated with illegal downloading. No Crypto Mining.

No parties or events at the property. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND MONITORED. All non guests who are not reported in the guest count must leave by 10pm. Non compliance with this policy will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and any damage will be charged to the guest responsible for booking the reservation.

We do not allow pets at this property. A fee of $250 may be assessed to the guest responsible for booking the reservation if a pet is brought to the property. If you are bringing a service animal please let us know prior to your arrival.

No smoking in or at the property.

Our home is located in the mountains which is a natural habitat for all kind of pests, bugs and spiders. We professionally treat our home for pests. However if doors are left open they WILL come inside. Do not leave doors open in the house to avoid unwanted pests in the home.

Please do not move any furniture in our home.

Any violation to our house policies may result in a loss of deposit and or eviction without refund.

Note: If considering our property for the 4th of July we have a front row view of the fireworks put off by Tucson city and the JW Marriott. (Two separate shows) They are truly amazing firework show and can be enjoyed from any of our outdoor patios or the pool!
