About this property

A newly built and comfortably equipped house in Southern of about 75m² with a direct view of one of the richest fishing rivers in Sweden, the Eman. It is ideal for nature lovers, anglers, mushroom and berry picking or just relaxing. The owner's house is located with in the grounds. The plot, with its more than 4000m² enough also offers space and tranquility.
The cost of electricity for $ 3: - SEK per kWh. The electricity costs are determined by the count on arrival and departure by the home care and handed over on departure in cash to the home supervisor.
The cost for final cleaning is 750 crowns and are payable in cash on departure.
The use of fire or Use of firewood is calculated with 200 crowns or € 25 per week, as well as the firewood must be purchased for the meantime a lot of money here. These costs may be charged on the spot.

Sehr schön gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben eigentlich nur etwas gesucht, um die ersten Nächte auf dem Weg in unsere eigentliche Unterkunft in Hultsfred bei bekannten zu verbringen. Uns hat e wirklich sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn man erstmal gespannt ist wie es sich auswirkt das die Eigentümer sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück befinden. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr von Vorteil das beide Deutsch sprechen und so nützliche Tipps über die Umgebung gar kein Problem sind. Wir können auch vom Fluß Eman nur gutes sagen, sehr gut zum Fischen und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man muss nur die Kuhwiese überqueren.... Tolle Barsche ( 35cm gefangen ) und schöne Hechte. Viel Ruhe und schöne Natur. Wir sind wie wohl viele vorher nicht zum letzten mal zu Besuch gewesen, selbst wenn wir wieder bei den bekannten in Hultsfred sind. 25 km Entfernung ist für Schweden quasi Nachbarschaft.

Abgeschiedenes Haus an einer Fernverkehrsstrasse

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Fernverkehrsstrasse 47, auf der nicht wenig Schwerlastverkehr unterwegs ist. Von einem ruhigen Feriendomizil kann keine Rede sein.
