## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically considered the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether on security, proximity, cleanliness, quiet. Very well served by transport and only a few minutes from all shops.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is, however, much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact an extension of the Champs Elysées. On the north-east side is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos atmosphere.
