Splash Fun Resort is located on the West end of the beach. 9th-floor condo. Tons of family fun at Splash Resort and plenty of water entertainment to keep the kids busy. Come visit the water theme park for the kids, outdoors with a poolside grill, bar, and lazy river. This condo at Splash Resort offers two bedrooms & two baths. In the master, you have a view of the emerald green waters & white sand that this area is known for. Beach chairs are included for your enjoyment. There is a $25 armband & parking pass due upon arrival. Keyless entry no contact check-in. See you soon on the world's most beautiful beaches!! Two beach chairs are included.

Super nice, clean place

Very convenient location away from major traffic. Easy to get in and out of, and parking just across the street. Room was very clean and just as described. They even had a closet full of beach toys. Master bedroom and bath plenty big enough and the four kids had room in their room that had a full and set of bunk beds. Love having a washer/dryer so I don’t take dirty clothes back home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to PBC for our grandsons World Series baseball. 3 adults and 2 children fit just right in this lovely condo. We were asked to report anything that was not working properly so I messaged about an item saying we didn’t even need it repaired but just wanted them to know. They had someone out that afternoon to make the repair. Super responsive and nice. The layout of the unit is great separating bedroom/bathrooms. We view from the living area and master bedroom was the highlight of our stay! Whether from inside or sitting on the balcony. Only negative is how very small the second bedroom was. It is not a deal breaker by any means but don't plan to have any room to move around. The kitchen was fully equipped which was so nice. There are lots of beach toys and personal water boards. Just FYI , you will need to bring your own beach towels, maybe an extra roll of paper towels and toilet tissue and cleaning wipes for the counters and table. There was a lot of mention about the elevators being so slow. Just allow a little extra time during peak times but otherwise it wasn’t too bad. We would absolutely book this condo again. It was great!!
