Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A functional shower room;
- A dining area with a table and two chairs;
- And a comfortable lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and luminosity (sunny in the morning and until 2 p.m. or 3 p.m.).

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: a fridge, TV, coffee machine, microwave, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is accessible from the boulevard and not from Rue Roux Alphéran and it benefits from an ideal location:
- In a quiet area and in an old building in very good condition (in the historical centre of Aix-en-Provence).
- Overlooking a courtyard on the second floor.
- Less than 700 m from the Hotel de Galifet and the Granet Museum.
- 400 m from the Mirabeau Court.
- Many food vendors, restaurants, boutiques and bistros at the foot of the building.
- The city centre can be reached on foot, by a pedestrian and semi-pedestrian area.

## Emplacement
The city of Aix-en-Provence is also renowned for the charm of its old town and its famous Mirabeau courtyard. Adorned with beautiful plane trees, the old town invites you to stroll: pleasant squares, numerous mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries, charming fountains, pretty shops, lively cafés, flower markets, but also fruit and vegetable markets evoking the colours and scents of Provence. The old town also offers to discover the Cathedral of Saint-Sauveur and its cloister of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, the town hall with its square and clock tower, the place d'Albertas, so romantic, and its museums such as the Old Aix Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Paul Cézanne workshop. The city, also known for its thermal baths since Roman times, offers hydrotherapy treatments.
