Our 80 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a single-family housing estate in Zempin. It has a living room with a pull-out coach, 3D flat screen TV, 3D Blu-ray player and a music system. A separate kitchen offers you a fitted kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils as well as a dining area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The bedroom has a double bed and the children's room is furnished with two single beds and a small cot. On the north and south side of our apartment, a terrace with garden furniture and a grill fireplace invite you to linger. A free parking space is available in front of the apartment,

SURROUNDINGS:

It is approximately 500 m to the Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants can be found on the way to the Baltic Sea beach. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a fish smokehouse, a playground and a bike rental. Thanks to the direct connection to the cycle path network, you can explore Usedom by bike from Zempin. The backwaters, the Zempiner harbor and much more can be reached on a short walk. Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom and is located between Zinnowitz and Koserow.

Bed linen and towels are to be brought along or can be booked.
Bed linen: 10 euros per person
Towels: 8 euros per person
The spa tax is payable for the duration of your stay at the Zempin Tourist Office (Fischerstraße 1).
The services to be booked and the visitor's tax are to be paid in cash on site!
Pets are not allowed.
A deposit of 150 euros is to be paid in advance. This will be refunded within a week of your departure if the apartment has been left properly.
