In our very modern and luxuriously appointed apartment "Fries Burg No ° 18" You live in the most exclusive area of Horumersiel: The 97qm large holiday home is located in the same Fries castle in the dike road!

The apartment is on the second floor and has two balconies (west and east-facing balcony). A separate entrance to the apartment guarantees you absolute discretion and rest from other guests.

In March 2016, the entire apartment was modernized with new windows and doors. completely renovated in January 2017 and also a very high standard the bathroom was.

Sauber, Zentral und Freunlich

die geräumige und moderne Wohnung ist sauber gehalten (hier und da etwas staub kann man verkraften...). Die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Dies gilt auch für jegliche andre Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Von der Wohnung aus ist man innerhalb Minuten entweder im Ortskern (Bäcker, EDK, Cafés...) oder am Meer. Gerne wieder ...

Eine tolle Zeit in Horumersiel

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Eine wirklich tolle Zeit, in einer großen, schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Kurz: wir kommen wieder, wenn wir dürfen! :-) 3 kleine Anmerkungen, die eine Aufenthalt noch schöner machen. Aber diese Meinung ist persönlich und Andere sehen das ggf anders. 1) ein Gefrierfach wäre toll (jammern auf hohem Niveau). 2) Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. 3) der Parkplatz der Wohnung ist bei Starkregen „Land unter“. Hier sollte dringend mal das Gefälle in Richtung Ablauf ausgerichtet werden. Der Parkplatz ist abgesackt und ohne Gummistiefel geht beim Vorwärts parken nichts mehr, Rückwärts passt es noch gerade so. Nur blöd, wenn es dann doch regnet und man nicht mehr ins Auto kommt. Für uns kein Problem, dann eben über den Beifahrersitz krabbeln. Aber nicht jeder ist „noch“ so fit! Zurück zur Wohnung! Wer hier ankommt, fühlt sich schnell zu Hause. Selbst Spiele für „schlechtes“ Wetter sind da. Kerzen, Gewürze, eine super ausgestattete Küche lädt zum kochen ein. Die Zentrale Lage in einem noch nicht so sehr überlaufenen Ort und das in der Hauptsaison ist sehr erholsam. Genießt die Zeit!!!
