This stunning 3 bed 3 full bath condo has a large balcony with breathtaking 12th floor views of Ole River, the bay and Ono Island. This condo has some of the best views in the entire building and on the island! The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach. Unit has a wet bar to include a wine cooler and a ice maker. Private boat slip available upon request for an additional cost. Must request at time of reservation!

Unit 1202 features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk with a full on bottom twin on top and also a twin size trundle. All bedrooms have large attached modern bathrooms. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided.

Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes are $50 each and paid for through the HOA upon arrival. Maximum 2 vehicles- strict.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals property management or from the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals does not guarantee any guest a boat slip. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

Fantastic stay!

Everything about our stay was great. The property manager communicated everything beforehand via text and email, made sure we understood the check-in process (super easy they send you the door code and you're done), and texted to be sure we didn't need anything. The TV was not working in the bunk room and it was removed and replaced within hours the same day. The unit is spacious and well decorated. The complex is lovely and we enjoyed all three pools, as well as the quick walk across the road to the beach on the private boardwalk. We will book this unit again!

Sping Break

We have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for over 20 years with our children and now we are enjoying it with the grandchildren. This was the first time we chose not to be on the beach and were very happy with our decision. The condo was everything and more and was the best one we have stayed at. We enjoyed everything about it!!

Good building, unit could be improved

This was our second year at Bella Luna. We like the views, layout of the condo and location. It is a good place for a family. The pool is nice and warm for kids. This unit could have been better but was certainly acceptable. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness- dishes were put away dirty, fridge smelled like fish, cooktop was crusty, windows were streaked and fridge doors looked dirty. The important things were clean though- bedding, toilets, and floors. Also, I have never stayed at a rental that did not provide at least a batch worth of coffee before- so be sure to pack some!
