About this property

New cabin with panoramic, unobstructed views of the White Cliffs, mountains, and valley. Enjoy them inside via floor-to-ceiling windows, or outside from the 1,000 sq-ft cedar deck. The cabin sits on a corner lot that borders federal land preserve, is surrounded by cedar trees criss-crossed with deer and wild turkey trails, and is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day.

A short drive to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and many other destinations!

1850 square feet of indoor living space. The main level features a primary suite with king-sized bed. Upstairs has two bedrooms: one bedroom has a twin bunkbed and twin daybed with pull-out trundle, and the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a full-sized bed loft. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. In the detached garage there is both a ping pong table and a foosball table. There is also cornhole for more daytime fun, a Traeger wood pellet grill for smoking and barbequing, and a hammock for outside relaxation. In the evenings, stargaze through a telescope or overlook the valley while roasting s’mores at the firepit.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the cabin, and a retro arcade with 16,000+ games (all pre-2003). There are also TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and one upstairs bedroom—all of which have Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max.

Check yourself into the cabin with a unique passcode that will be provided to you. Town is approximately 5 minutes away, with a small grocery store, gift shops, etc. Enjoy access to federal land right from the cabin, and rent UTVs nearby!

Incredible stay

This is by far the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The property is incredibly clean, very well stocked (kitchen + linens), and the beds are all super comfortable. The views are stunning and the hot tub was a lovely add to the experience. Afton was a great host and quick to respond to any messages I sent. Book it - it’s worth it!

Thanksgiving family fun..

What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had in this amazing house! My brothers family and my family stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location is great. We drove up after seeing Antelope Canyon and knew we wanted to check out both Bryce and Zion, this house is in close proximity to both. The house itself was perfect. It was fully stocked and well organized. The kids had a blast playing the arcade machine, challenging each other to ping-pong and foosball, and they really enjoyed taking dips in the hot tub under the stairs at night. The views of the mountains were amazing, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable to sleep in. We really enjoyed our time in your house. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, we will certainly cherish them forever.

Beautiful cabin and location!

Exceeded my expectations. Great modern cabin that was just exactly as advertised. Extremely organized and equipped with everything you need and then some. Host responded quickly to all questions. Would definitely recommend this place.
