Beautiful home

It’s a new brand new home. Really nice property. Only drawback it has a really steep driveway. Wasn’t a problem with a regular cars, it might be problem for boats and RV’s. Communication was outstanding with the property owner Marissa.

Double booked without notice

We actually never got to stay at this property. The day before check-in i asked for the entry code. I was then called and told they had double booked and we couldn't stay there. We had no where to be, 1000s of miles from home. We reserved this place in October. When would she have let me know this issue? When we showed up and found someone else at our rental? It cost another $200 to find a place to stay on such short notice. I feel we should be compensated for her mistake.
