This luxury house located in the amazing Solara Resort is all you need for a dream vacation! Beautifully furnished, dramatic contemporary fixtures, high ceilings and room for everyone to have privacy when not gathering in the spacious living/dining/kitchen area! Heated Private Pool & Spa included in your price! If you prefer no heat, or only a few days of pool heat, please contact us and we'll adjust the price.

There are TWO master suites; one upstairs and the other on the main floor, both with king beds and spacious full bathrooms and walk in closets. Two upstairs bedrooms are decorated with Disney and Universal Studios themes and twin beds; the kids will love it! A peaceful 2nd floor queen bedroom with attached bath, and a secluded bedroom with twin beds on the main floor with adjacent full bathroom are also part of this Six Bedroom-5 Bath home. The upstairs loft has a large area with a convertible game/pool table and room to relax. All rooms have either Smart or Cable TV. A large screened pool and hot tub area with comfortable lania & lots of outdoor dining and lounging furniture will make this your own tropical paradise.
The Solara community includes many amenities such as a Waterpark, large community pool, Restaurant, Bar, Deli, many game courts, beautifully landscaped walkways and a fire pit. You are free to enjoy them all!
Also available in the community is the optional FlowRider- a thrilling water ride.

Quality doesn’t match the price

Took a while to get the hot tub heated had to call maintenance to come all the kids games were not playable all had missing pieces debris in pool blinds to slide door was not operating correctly everytime trash person came trash was all over the yard after they finished supposedly taking trash got locked out front door was not operating correctly had to enter code several times to enter

Gem in Kissimmee

This was our first time renting a home for vacation and we couldn’t possibly see ourselves doing a hotel in the future! This was the best decision considering how easy, convenient and perfect the house was. Very clean, spacious and located close to all the grocery stores and parks. Anne our renter was on top of all of our needs. Her kitchen was ready with all the utensils/tools we needed to prepare delicious dinners. Her instructions were clear and helpful when checking out. The house is decorated very comfortable and our sons loved their comfy rooms! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Just as advertised and what we expected!

This property was better than expected. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the open area, the kitchen was adequate for our needs and the pool area was great. We especially liked the bathroom near the pool for the little ones and the cleanliness of all the areas in the home. I had a little work to do so the office area was far enough away from everyone and allowed just enough privacy for daily work. Anne, the home host, was receptive and helpful with our needs, although nothing of consequence was needed during our stay. We are planning to stay at one of Anne’s homes the next time we come to the Orlando area. Thank you, Anne, for the planning and preparing this home for our stay. It was a pleasure to visit. The home was as beautiful as the pictures. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The home had everything we needed. There are shopping centers about 10-12 minutes away, which were convenient. Airport travel was about 40 minutes. There are other close amenities around which was great!
Anne kept very good communication and checked in on us to make sure if we needed anything we could reach out to her. Her response time is very reasonable. I appreciate that very much! I would stay here again!
