About this property

Spacious and clean. Features 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, eating area, outside patio with fenced in yard. Walking distance to parks, farmer's market, restaurants, bars, shops, marina!

The house is clean and well taken care of. Two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. If additional bedding is needed, air mattresses and additional linens are available to rent. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the hallway. Laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the living room and a half bath is downstairs.

Owner lives nearby if problems arise, but you have complete privacy and only need to have as much interaction as you desire.

Escape the touristy feel of Panama City Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located just blocks away from some of the best restaurants and attractions in Panama City. Enjoy live music at multiple venues, shop the eclectic boutiques, all within a short walk or drive. You're a couple minutes drive to downtown Panama City with more great bars, shops and restaurants. Panama City Beach is just over the Hathaway Bridge, a short 15 or so minute drive to all of those attractions and the Beaches. The St Andrews Farmer's Market is held on Saturdays, right on the bay. Fish from the marina or grab a bite from the many top rated restaurants. St Andrews is the spot to be for festivals and events throughout the year. If you're a runner or enjoy walking, this is the perfect location. The neighborhoods are great, Oaks by the Bay Park is just a few blocks away, and the scenic Beach Drive, with it's historic and modern bay front homes, are all wonderful paths.

Nearest public beach access is 8 miles away. Depending on traffic, this will take 15-30 minutes to drive.

Perfect location and very clean!

We stayed at this unit as a family to visit Panama city Beach! Everything was furnished and clean! We were very comfortable. There's dining and night life within a 5 min walk and it wasn't far at all to visit the beach night life and ocean fun during the day! The owner was super friendly and very accommodating during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental for your vacation stay especially with children or pets. We will return! Thank you for everything
