'The Pointe' on 30A, Unit 126 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo in a stunning resort condo community in Rosemary Beach. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and inviting with its open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with three bar seats. The master suite has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite with a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and shared bathroom with a walk in shower and single sink. 

Walk out of this 2nd floor unit to the private balcony that over looks the pool and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun go down! Head down to the resort style pool where you will find ample lounge spaces, a hot tub, fire pit and gas grills. ''The Pointe'' has everything you need from the fitness center to the restaurant ''Big Bad Breakfast'' which is located on the first floor of building number 2! Head on over to the public beach access in Inlet Beach (S Orange Street), just a 10 minute bike ride for 5 minute drive away. Or take the bikes to the Winston Lane Public Beach Access, just a 5 minute ride away!

3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. There is currently ongoing construction at the condo complex to building #3. 
4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
