ATX Charmer - Family friendly - Minutes from Domain

Cozy and modern ranch style home nestled in to quiet and central ATX neighborhood with open floor plan right in the heart of Austin!

Just 7 minutes from the Domain and 15 minutes north of downtown Austin! Our home is filled with light throughout the day, with ample character and all of the amenities needed for a small family!

Three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one twin), two bathrooms (two stand up showers), large yard with covered patio and large play set. Parking available for two vehicles on the driveway (garage will not be included in rental).

Your satisfaction and comfort in our home is very important to us! We prioritize your needs during your stay in our home and with that, ensure that communication between any visitors and ourselves is consistent and responsive in a timely manner.

Please note we are currently only listing our home as available during specific dates but feel free to request other dates (min. of one week) for our consideration.

Great Clean Modern Home Close to Everything
Rachelle has done a great job remodeling this place, it is modern and light and bright, very comfortable will stay again if back in the area.

Clean, family friendly, great location!
My husband and I stayed at this property with our 2 kiddos for a quick run through Austin. The location was great- a close hop on mopac to get to the domain area and downtown. Also close to get delivery from apps or eat outside at hot Austin spots with our kiddos. The home was very clean and laid out in a way that was great for all of us. The backyard was a huge bonus when we wanted the kids to run around while we just sat and drank some cocktails. (The hosts have a wonderful watermelon margarita recipe if that’s your thing!!) Everything exceeded our expectations for this stay, and we were so happy to have fallen upon this house for our time in Austin. Definitely look no further if you need a place to stay in Austin- the hosts were very easy to communicate with and had a 5 star place that felt like a true home away from home.
