Inside the home, you'll be treated to vaulted ceilings, attractive floors, comfortable furniture, and lots of space for your group. The living room includes a flatscreen TV and access to a private patio overlooking a manicured lawn, ideal for the kids and for long nights of quiet stargazing. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and plenty of cabinet storage for all your important vacation staples. Serve up to four people at the dining table then let the dishwasher quietly knock out all the cleanup. You can take the provided beach towels out for a day at the beaches, then come back to let the central AC and ceiling fans cool the home down while you post your favorite selfies via the fast WiFi. Have a little work to do while you're here? You can take advantage of the office desk and chair to complete those last-minute projects.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
