Modern 2.5 room apartment in alpine chic with country house planks in the 2nd Floor with beautiful views of the Jacob Horn and south-west balcony.

The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated in the living-dining area with open fireplace. In addition to a large bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub there is an extra guest toilet.

Bedroom with double bed (2x90cm). Extra bed / cot on request.

Fi throughout the property available and Cable TV with 100 channels, DVD and stereo.

Own garage space and closed ski cellar and elevator directly to the apartment available.

Wellness area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Additionally table tennis, table football area and playroom for children.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Davos

Unser Aufenthalt in Davos hat uns sehr gefallen, er war sehr abwechslungsreich und naturhah, was uns sehr gefällt. Es hat für jedes Wetter eine Attraktion wie bei Sonnenschein eine schöne Wanderung auf dem Eichhörnchenweg zur Schatzalp oder dick eingepackt eine Winterwanderung im Schneetreiben. Davos wir kommen gerne wieder!

Golfresidenz

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage, zwar nicht direkt an der Loipe aber doch mit wenig freiem Ausblick auf die Berge. Gut war der Balkon, die Wohnung hell. Super Zugang zur Garage und Skiraum. Sogar einen Tischtennistisch und ein Pool mit Sauna war vorhanden im Keller. Kleine aber gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Das Bett hat leider zwei separate Matratzen, die sich ständig verschieben. Ein grosses straff gespanntes Fixleintuch hat aber geholfen. Das wäre ein Tipp für den Vermieter 😃. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, wenn die Wohnung nicht teurer wird.

Schöne Zeit in Davos

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, nah an der Loipe und Bus zu den Liften. Ist großzügig geschnitten. Kleine Küche, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung selber hat den Charme der 70er Jahre, aber ist gemütlich. Das Doppelbett mit 2 Matratzen ist etwas unpraktisch, da die Matratzen sich arg verschieben. 2 Matratzen sind ja sonst gut, wenn Bettrahmen die Matratzen hält. Hier gibt es leider keinen Bettrahmen. Das Haus hat einen tollen Pool und ne Saune die 10CHF pP kostet. Garage und Skiraum sind top. Alles in allem hat alles perfekt geklappt. Und wir würden wieder kommen.

Begeisterung

Meine Enkelin und ich haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche erlebt. Es war so schön den Tag mit dem Besuch des Hallenbades zu beenden. Laut dem Infoblatt an der Eintrittstüre, darf nur mit Badekappe gebadet werden. Wir waren aber die einzigen, die sich daran gehalten haben. Migros und Denner befinden sich nur 5 Min. zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Betten haben je eine einzelne Matratze. Ich nehme immer ein 180 cm Fixleintuch mit, so bleiben die Matratzen beisammen und es entsteht das Gefühl, dass man in einem Doppelbett liegt.Die Beschreibung der Wohnung des Vermieters ist sehr korrekt. Meine Enkelin möchte nur noch in dieser Wohnung die Ferien verbringen.

Lovely Davos apartment
