The pool will be open end of May-October weather permitting.
The pool is outside our house (the owners), through a gate from your guest cottage. Guests in the cottage share the pool with the owners when both houses are occupied. Main house is never rented out to separate party when you are at the guest cottage unless you are all the same party. Pool is shared with owners or not shared.

The Perfect Getaway

What can I say….upon arrival tucked way from the town was Jami and Nathan’s amazing property. My wife and I along with our dog Bailey stayed at the cottage for close to a week. The exterior/ grounds is beautiful, peaceful and private. The interior of the house is very up to date and has anything you can ever think of needing. The decor is also top notch! Even though the pool is “shared” it is really feels as if it is your own and always felt like we had privacy. We got to meet Jami and Nathan several times and they were extremely nice, outgoing and generous. We would 100% book a stay here again.

Very nice and close to the village and the beach.

Great location but it was hard sharing the pool next door with the family renting the main house. Otherwise it was very nice, clean and thoughtfully prepared.

Great Place To Stay

This is a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely return to stay with Jami and Nathan again. The photos represented the property perfectly and it was fully stocked with everything we needed when traveling from out of town. The grounds of the property are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside each morning. This is a great place and we would definitely return.

Neighborhood Cottage

This cottage is perfect for 2-3 people. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need for cooking or just having coffee. The layout of the cottage is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The cottage was stocked with beautiful linens and the outdoor space was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. I give it an A+ and the owners were outstanding!

Nice garden cottage with private outdoor terraces and lawn. Shared pool was great and perfect tempe!

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable! Nice beds and linens, beautiful furnishings. The garden and pool are perfect!

With a newborn in Brooklyn, and a pandemic raging outside our door, we found ourselves craving some breathing room, a little greenery, and a lot of serenity. Enter East Hampton! We feel so fortunate to have found this special property to share with you. We have given the place a very thorough update, had a great time doing it, and are so pleased with the finished product.
