Very Nice

We enjoyed our month long stay. Shannon was great to communicate with. I had some special requests before we arrived and the were met 100%. We definitely will stay there again when needed.

Visiting Family Over Thanksgiving

We traveled from Missouri to Wisconsin to visit family in the Appleton area for the week of Thanksgiving. My husband and I were with our two college-aged kids so it was nice that everyone got their own bedroom during the stay. I had an initial concern about having only one bath, but the half bath in the basement was great and the large single full bathroom presented no issues at all during our stay. The entire home had been updated and was clean & tidy. We didn't experience any issues during our stay other than it took us a bit to figure out the thermostat! It was a little new-fangled compared to what we have at home. The only suggestions we made to Shannon were that we thought the two smaller bedrooms needed dressers, especially since we were staying for almost an entire week. The kids lived out of their suitcases. Also, the bedrooms had no mirrors so the only mirror in the house was in the bathroom. We suggested perhaps a full-length mirror in the bedrooms also. Shannon was completely receptive to the suggestions & absolutely could not have been a better hostess! Again, the house was clean, updated & very comfortable. I highly recommend this house on S. Jackson St. and our family plans to stay here again on our next trip to Wisconsin as well.

Very Clean & Extra Touches

This was one of the best rental experiences I've had! The house was immaculate! There were a lot of extra little touches that aren't often seen in a rental. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, zip locks, foil, bottled water are just a few of the unexpected touches. Shannon was excellent to work with and emailed me a few times to be sure we had what we needed. Check -in and check-out processes were very easy! This is definitely a place I would stay again when in the area!

Why they chose this property

We love this location for a few reasons. First, it is very convenient access to the highway making it very easy to get around the city. And second, the house has a large backyard, mostly fenced in, and a park right across the street which is great if you have children. Also, this location is very quiet and a great neighborhood for walking.

What makes this property unique

The house is a nice ranch with minimal steps, a large garage for parking, huge backyard, we have an extra 1/2 bath in the basement, and basement is not furnished but has new flooring and is great for working out or provides an extra area for the kids to play.
