Beautiful small detached villa by the sea - house eagles with high quality equipment. A cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with underfloor heating, windows, hair dryer, a separate guest toilet, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and dining area. Nice terrace with plenty of garden furniture, garden is fenced. A parking lot at the house. For the colder season, a stove is installed. Only 250m to the beach with new wave pool incl. Super slide, gastronomy, launches and marina.
