The 45m2 large 2-bedroom apartment is on the first Floor of a former town house (master carpenter house) and originally dates from the late 15th Century and has recently undergone a complete renovation.

The apartment offers the combination of old buildings and new, contemporary furnishings with a new bathroom with large shower.

The house itself has a spacious lift.

The Steingasse is one of the oldest streets in Salzburg and sprayed driving a unique atmosphere. The alley is particularly appreciated by artists and visitors at the Salzburg Festival.

The apartment is located near the Mozart ridge leading over the Salzach.
The main attractions and the festival district are within walking distance in a few minutes. A few doors down you will find the restaurant "Andi Hofer", Salzburg's oldest and most popular student pub and other restaurants.

Unforgettable!

Sslzburg is a vibrant, interesting, exciting city and our stay was enhanced with being able to stay at an excellent apartment that was clean, accessible and in a perfect location. Beds are comfortable (including sofa bed) and although we didn't meet our host, I felt very secure and confident that our host was right there if required. Highly reccommended!

hervorragende Altstadtwohnung

Eine hervorragend ausgestattetete, kleine Wohnung, mitten in der Altstadt romantisch gelegen: Das Gestein des Hausbergs ist quasi Bestandteil des Hauses. Sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zum Check-out war prima.

Lovely apartment in interesting historic building.

This warm, comfortable and well-appointed apartment couldn't have been more convenient for our week in Salzburg. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but only a short walk from all the amenities and attractions of the city. Buses for the surrounding area and the airport are a just a few minutes walk from the apartment. We did not meet Hannes in person, but we received speedy responses to our enquiries and it was clear that the apartment is personally managed with care and attention.
