We enjoyed our stay!

Our trip didn't start out great when we arrived and my husband had hauled our boat 15 hours under the understanding that this house had a boat lift and we were able to use it. The pictures had a boat lift in it and when we got there to our surprise there was no boat lift. My husband was very upset about this and reached out to the property management company. There were also a lot of stairs and we were unable to use the elevator and my father in law had trouble with the stairs. We did know that going in and we made the most of trip. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach and walking to all the local area shops and piers. The home was beautiful with lots of great decorations. The pool was amazing and the kids had a lot of fun swimming. The water pressure however was really bad and took 10 minutes to warm up to take a shower. Maybe something you'd want to look into fixing. You also should change your listing and remove the boat lift from the listing so you don't get other complaints from others. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home. We are now Anna Marie Island fans.

Great place to stay on the north end of AMI

House is fabulous. Loved the house, the private pool and the private boat dock. I fished off the boat dock and caught 2 snook. This house is not for everyone…there are a lot of stairs. The bedrooms are on the second floor and kitchen is on the third. Also…very important to know is that all rentals on AMI have an alarm going out any door to a body of water or pool. This alarm is awful. Be sure you know exactly where the bypass is before you open a door.

AMI Getaway

It is a beautiful home in a great location. I love the North end of the Island! There were some issues with the jacuzzi and the security alarms were a little much. Overall, it is a lovely home. It is definitely an ideal home for families with young children. The views of the bay are fantastic!

Incredible House

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!! This house is so beautiful and is VERY spacious! We loved the way it was decorated and it was very clean. Outside it is GORGEOUS! Between the views, pool, swing chairs and dock you will never want to leave the back yard. We fished off of the dock and were able to rent paddle boards so the kids could go exploring. We just had such a great time in this home we will definitely rent it again when we come back to AMI!
