The cottage is an enchanting oasis of tranquility in a quiet German village just 40 minutes north of Berlin. Enjoy the cottage year round...
Spring and summer, live a little on the old canals or do some cycling through the feilds, go swimming in the lakes and relax in the evening with cocktails and a BBQ on the patio.
In autumn and winter, go for beautiful country walks then simply snuggle up next to the traditional oven with a hot cup of cocoa and watch a movie.

We're a Scottish/German couple. Together with our dog we enjoy the outdoors and life on the outskirts of Berlin. Our past includes life and work in Birmingham, Strasbourg, Hamburg, London, Edinburgh, New York, ... This is what inspired us to open part of our home to the Airbnb community. We look forward to welcoming you to Wandlitz.
Why they chose this property
We've both lived most of our life in the city and found ourselves yearning for a route back to nature.
We always travelled on the weekends into Brandenburg, and found this place in a small Village surrounded by fields. What could be better we thought to ourselves. We hope you feel the same way.
What makes this property unique
It's very easy to reach from Berlin, being directly off the A10 although you can't hear the motorway from the village. You're also a short drive (about 10 minutes) to one of Brandenburg's most famous spas in Neuruppin. So a day out at the spa and then cocktails in front of the fireplace at the cottage is what we do most! We think you'd enjoy it as well.
