Cozy Paris Plus has a loft-style floor plan and features the following:
• A large, bedroom area (180 x 200-cm bed), with walk-in closet, which can be closed off with sliding glass doors.
•A spacious dining/living area with a large, dining table and comfortable sofa bed
• A large, open, and furnished kitchen (incl. dishwasher)
•A bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine
• A separate toilet.

The home boasts plenty of space for 4 people. It is located on the ground floor and faces a peaceful courtyard, decorated with plants. The living room comes equipped with an LCD Television and DVD player – there are countless French and international television and radio broadcasters to choose from. Together with the mini Hi-Fi stereo system and a substantial CD selection, your multimedia needs will be completely satisfied. We have provided a small laptop with a DSL/WLAN connection so that you can stay in touch with your family and friends during your stay. Caffeine lovers can enjoy a cup of hot coffee from the Nespresso machine.

Wonderful apartment!
Everything about the experience (except the washing machine!) was outstanding. The apartment is very comfortable and in such a great location, right off of rue Montorgueil. Daniel and Angela are welcoming and very responsive. Loved this place!!

Great apartment.
We had a wonderful stay in this quiet apartment off a lovely courtyard. The location and neighborhood were wonderful. Close to metro and trains. There are many cafes and shops for all the necessities just steps away. Angela and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Quick to respond to our questions and took us on a tour of the neighborhood on our arrival. When our luggage didn’t arrive with us, they were willing to meet the delivery man at the apartment so we could start our vacation. That’s going above and beyond! We hope to visit again soon and would certainly stay here again.

Best Paris location!
Our family couldn’t have been happier with the location of this apartment. We were less than a 5 minute walk away from many shops, restaurants, 2 metro lines and the heart of the city. The house was nice and had all that we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful at check-in.

Convenient and cozy flat in Paris!
We enjoyed the room sizes and complete kitchen, as well as the neighborhood location. Angela and Daniel couldn't have been more accommodating and considerate. Plenty of close cafe options and easy walking distance to many Paris monuments.

I am a native of Austria and have lived in Paris for almost 20 years. We have been renting out a small, studio apartment since 2010, which also is located in the Montorgueil district. We live just 5 minutes away, because this is one of our favourite neighbourhoods in all of Paris. We are in the centre of the city, so we have access to anything our hearts could desire within easy reach.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase a second holiday home in this neighbourhood, because, simply put, it is one of the most wonderful neighbourhoods in Paris and centrally located. The area is partially accessible to pedestrians only and there are heaps of grocers and delicatessens as well as restaurants, with superior-quality selections. Many of Paris’ most important attractions are within a short walk from here, such as the Louvre, the Palais Royal, the Opera, the Stock Exchange, the Grands Boulevards, and Le Marais.

What makes this property unique

The home is situated on a lovely, decoratively-planted, and tranquil courtyard. If you exit the courtyard onto the street, you’ll be on Rue Montorgueil in just two minutes. There are many restaurants and outdoor cafes here, as well has grocers peddling selections of fish, meat, produce, etc.
