Great, just needs improved couches and wifi.

Everything was very comfortable, would highly recommend. Hope the homeowner can make some adjustments on furniture and wifi.

Location is great; place is just meh

Overall, we had a great stay and good time in Mammoth and at this property. Some of the pluses - Walkable to Canyon Lodge; not ski in and out but you're pretty close - garage is right under the unit and it's easy to get in and out of - it was clean Couple things we didn't like. - the entertainment system wasn't setup or working. there's a cable box but no service. The TV was setup to have sound off a surround-sound that didn't exist so we had to reset the TV. Cables were all over the place. - the paint was peeling in the bathrooms where tile had been painted over before - pull out couch bed was broken - it just seemed dated My biggest complaint is the pricing was deceptive. I thought i was getting a good deal buy the per night price. i didn't realize until after my stay that the fees associated with this property are WAY out of the norm for other VRBOs I've rented. Typically, the fees add up to about 40-50% of the nightly fee. Here, it was 85-90%! I thought we had found a good deal and that the fees were just standard percentages but I've now learned that's the case. Future, I'm going to shop by total stay cost. Based on what we paid and what we got, we wouldn't stay here again.

Great condo

Nice, clean, good communication, great location. Garage was great to have! Only issue is there is no cable or dvd’s so bring your own streaming or dvd’s. Will stay here again!

Close location to canyon

It’s a nice place for ski stay. Close to canyon. Address doesn’t take you exactly but helps. Major issue is it’s run by vacasa and when we checked out we left our property. They must have cleaner came but no one from the property contacted us that you left your belongings. After couple of hours when I remembered I called them to take my belonging. They refused to let me in. Refused their cleaner to put it out. Asked me that there will be a charge to check and pick up will be later.

Good for ski

Everythibg was ok but there weee issues with the TV and the internet. On the TV, only one channel worked and the internet was extremely volatile. Other than that, it is very good.
