Tin City Condo on Naples Bay - off view
Great location two two - compact but plenty of room with nice view of pool. Walk to tin city (next door), or 5th ave (ten min), or beach (.9m so about 15m). Quiet complex, one carport parking or off street park. In unit laundry, canal and boat slip avail 4/1 for additional fee (covered but only 25'ers). Call for details but unit recently updated and all tiled.
NOTES: Ok, so this is a new property and prior owner is staying till Nov, and i will furnish with all new Rooms2Go packages to make it beautiful (i've done this before, its easy). You will get all new furniture and linens, I CAN"T TAKE PICS TILL HE IS OUT, contact me for details - but this is a cute and cozy unit next to tin city. This is ground floor, so its only a few steps to car and easy unloading into unit. NOTE THE RATES are all screwy since VRBO adds fees and makes it confusing - contact me w/ a date request and i will provide you a formal quote and make sure you know what you will pay - also note i can do a six month lease and that may actually save a lot in taxes - no tourist taxes on long terms (over 180 days), so the complex only allows two rentals per year - so i cna do one six months easy... again, contact me and i be happy to explain all this nonsense, just trying to be honest, its a great place and super location. Came down from LI in '95 and love naples. Been lucky to own a few units over yrs, but this is my fav cause i have a covered boat slip - now need to shop for boat (bring yours if you like after april, slip open). The prior owner is in residence till Nov, so i can't get good pics yet.
Why they chose this property
Beach, bars, walking and water... .8 miles ot beach, .9 to pier, .01 to tin city, and .2 miles to 5th ave, .5m to 3rd street... a block over from Cambria park. Enjoy naples and everything it has to offer... john
