Great location but bare bones for the cost

This place is a great location and the owner did communicate promptly when I reached out. However the spot is lacking for the price point. ( I'm sure the price point may fit the bill better at different times of the year, but if you are going to ski or for The Sundance film festival expect to pay way more than you would at a basic hotel in the area and while I 100% understand charging more for the high demand access/area, during high season event I was frustrated with the complete lack of consideration for the guest.) Every place Ive ever stayed at, even at 89 bucks a night, made an effort for things like a sponge to wash the dishes, Coffee pods to go with The only Coffee maker type in the house, toilet paper that wasn't the cheapest possible type, a welcome bag with snacks or two bottles of water.. etc etc. One can get these things when staying at a Hilton hotel for a night so when you stay somewhere for 5 days, during the Sundance Film Festival where it is known that the only two stores sell out of everything...it was frustrating. If you're driving just make sure you bring everything with you. If youre flying like we did and can't then stop at a store in Salt Lake before coming to Park City. Otherwise you will be left paying top dollar for a place that you have to walk in 7 degrees every moring to the 7 Eleven for a coffee.

Perfect Location, Unkept Unit

The location does not get any better than this! Easy access to Mainstreet and the trail to ski down to Town Lift. The walk to Town lift was super easy as well. Pros: The unit was a great size for the 2 of us. We loved the fireplace and had plenty of space to feel comfortable. Cons: The bed sheets were old, had stains and felt dirty. A new set would go a long way! The towels felt years old, and way overused they should be replaced ASAP. Overall the unit felt like it could use a deep cleaning. I had to hand wash many of the pots, pans and dishes before use because they had dried food on them or just looked gross. It was disappointing being charged a cleaning fee and then having to clean dishes I haven't used yet or wondering if the bed sheets had been washed after the last guest's stay. If I return to Park City I plan on staying in this general location again but maybe not this unit unless updates are made.

Not clean. Bed for only 2 people.

The property was very dirty. Sheets old and dirty. Matress had large dark stains on it. Dishes with food stuck on them. Though it says accommodates 4-5 people, there was one bed for two people. There was one air mattress, that’s it. The sofa was not pull out and could not be used as a bed. Most importantly it was unacceptable to have stained matress and old, dirty bedding. We bought new sheets to get through the night and left the next day. Recommendations: The description should be more clear about accommodation and beds available. Towels, bedding, and matress need an update. Dishes and silverware should be clean.

Cozy mountain apartment

My husband and I booked this trip for a fun weekend getaway to Park City. The location of this listing was perfect right in the middle of town. The apartment is small however, it’s just right for two people for a weekend. The fireplace was a nice touch as well giving you a cozy feel. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had and provided a welcome packet that was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
