THE LAYOUT
This rare single-story, the ground-level unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ensuite laundry, and 2 entries; one of which is near the complex hot tub and the other walks out onto the valley trail, only steps away from the village.
Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

Gorgeous herringbone entry, wine fridge next to the fireplace. Small appliances such as a coffee maker are provided as well as sugar, common spices, and cooking oil- the chef in your group will be ecstatic! Eat a big breakfast at the kitchen bar stools or on the dining table before a big day on the mountain.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the secure, underground, and gated parking lot.
SKI/ BIKE STORAGE
There is a securely locked bike room in the parkade and a large entry for all your ski equipment.
LAUNDRY
Ensuite laundry is available.
HOT TUB
The complex hot tub can be accessed with the “common” key. It is located right behind our unit. Please obey the hot tub rules posted and do not use the hot tub past 10 PM

Guests will have access to the entire home, parking lot, and outdoor complex hot tub. We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7.
