This is a newly remodeled 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom house in Oakland. This is at front of the two attached units in the same gated lot. Large parking lot at the back.

It is close to Fwy 580/880, 4 mins drive to Oakland Zoo, 6 mins to Coliseum, 10 mins to Oakland airport and 24 mins to Downtown San Francisco. Bus 646 is right outside and takes you to Coliseum BART station.

The Space

There are three bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed in there and in suite bathroom with shower. The two guest bedroom each has a queen, sharing the bathroom in the hallway. Full kitchen with an island and a dining room table sit 6 comfortably. Smart TV in the living room with a comfortable L shape sofa. A reading area with a comfortable chair next to the beautiful window. Huge parking lot behind the building can allow you to park up to 3 cars. Washer and dryer inside the house.

Other things to note

Additional security deposit of $200 will be collected before check-in to prevent party, pet and smoking violation. Make sure to abide by our house rules before you book.

Noise

With the party next door in the property managers rental my experience wasn't good. Phone call and email sent to the property manager and the party continued until 530am. The location was sketchy to say the least.

Spacious and Safe

Property clean, beds COMFY, kitchen fully stocked. Shower gets nice and hot. Safety is always my number one priority, and they did not let me down. The entire property is gated and parking is on the premises. I would definitely stay again.
