This home is the entire left wing of a 7,000 sqft home split into two (duplex style) with it's own private entrance and totally separated from one another. On the estate we have a dock, private hot tub exclusive for this listing, swimming pool, volleyball court, horseshoes, two kayaks, and much more.

The best part is!! This home is minutes from Annapolis and within a 30 minute drive to Washington DC as well as Baltimore!!

PLEASE NOTE: This a duplex property that has shared walls with the other side of the duplex. Parties of any kind are not allowed in either side of the property. Nothing inside the home will be shared and each unit has its own kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hvac, laundry, outdoor grill & patio areas, fire pit.

The pool (seasonal), kayaks, and parts of the yard will be shared with guests in the other rental on the property if it is being rented out.

Beautiful location and cottage!

Samantha was an amazing host with quick and effective communication. We had a few issue in the beginning of the stay, but it was quickly resolved with her. The place was super cozy and great view to the water.
