The house was cute and roomy, however, the cleaning service needs to be changed. There was laundry left in washer/dryer and dishes left in dishwasher. It was not set up for the next guests arrival. Trash cans were full and we had to hunt for dishes only to find them in the dishwasher. The comforter smelled like dog. I’m sure all of this was because of lack of a good cleaning after the last guests left. Our only unfortunate encounter was there was a shooting at the apartment complex next door and police were everywhere the evening before we left. I’m sure we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was still scary nonetheless. Otherwise, it was an OK stay.

The house was nice. Will was a great host, and very helpful. Only downside was backing into the main rd but it was not a big deal.

Great for a big family

Location was good to get onto the highways fast and there are some local restaurants and the mall is close. We didn’t stay home much cause we had things to do. The house is located next to a busy road but it wasn’t to bad with the noise. The house itself was clean with plenty of room for us all. I would definitely stay here again!

Good value!

We appreciated this property. We had families at OU Medical, and were frequently going back and forth, so appreciated the short (~10 min) commute. The house was accurately listed, and handled our 3 adults and dog very well. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
