Our spring trip

We had a great time. The pool was great and this property has a great location to get to a lot of amenities in a reasonable time considering how big the Phoenix area is. The property was well laid out and worked really well for us. Mark was easy to communicate with.

Cute stay!

This property comfortably fit 8 guests. 10 would definitely be stretching it. The kitchen/dining room wasn't exactly as it looked in the photo, but it was really just a decor issue. Most of the blinds were slightly broken or bent out of shape. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer with all the necessities! Also the pool was perfect during the sunniest parts of the day in February. I will say this neighborhood probably isn't the nicest in Scottsdale, as we saw some very sketchy behavior at the park nearby. However, the house itself is really nice and in a convenient location! Not to mention the host was really great about communication!!

Perfect Scottsdale Rental

The house was the perfect size and location to everything we needed in town! Overall very happy with the rental and would absolutely recommend to anyone else. The pool and all of the amenities were so nice.

Vacation

Property and pool were nice. Place actually sleeps 8. Pullout couch was uncomfortable and not fit yo sleep on. Amenities were limited and kitchen supplies were sparse.We supplied 12 plastic drinking cups to kitchen.. There wasn't an iron and board. Garage door opener could not be found. Air conditioner did not work to master bedroom, thankfully we had overhead fan. Outdoor furniture chairs are in bad shape. Pool and outdoor area were great. We really liked to use propane grill, but thermometer needs to be replaced. Property Manager walked into house without notice which could have been awkward for everyone involved. Location of house was great with easy access to all area attractions. Mark Schuster

Family get out of snow

A nice house with the three bedroom on one end and a nice master suite. Pool are was not big but nice. Kitchen nice but few shared items or spices. Ceramic floor and hard walls were a bit loud. Good grill and gas bonfire pit. East walk to a nice coffee shop. All in all a nice place in a good neighborhood with easy Uber.

First time with VRBO

Will definitely VRBO again. Couple of small issues but Mark was excellent in his response time. Only thing I never saw prior to rental was only NETFLIX and You Tube TV options. I would verify cable options in the future but again it was my first VRBO. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Great location, clean, but lacking some essentials

Great location, very clean, and we were able to use the garage to park in. Snacks and water were there when we arrived. Bathrooms had toiletries. The master bedroom is very spacious. Overall, house lacked a few essentials as it might be a new rental. Not many forks/spoons, no large bowls, no toaster. Wastebasket in the bathroom would have been nice. Two bedrooms didn't have a dresser or night stand. Only 8 hangers in the entire house. There wasn't a hairdryer, but Mark (property manager) told me I could purchase one and then he paid me back. We needed a refill on propane and Mark took care of it right away. The VRBO sleeps 10, but there isn't enough seating in the kitchen for 10. 6 can fit between the table and the stools. Not much seating in the living room - 5 can fit, but still pretty snug. The pool seemed chilly at 85 degrees, so we turned it up as there were no instructions at the house about the pool heater. Mark unexpectedly stopped by and saw the heat turned up and we said not to turn it past 85. (Just FYI) BBQ turned on, but didn't output much heat, took 20+ mins to cook hotdogs. The outdoor TV didn't work either.
