David is a wonderful host. He truly goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely perfect. The property is peaceful and mere steps away from the beach. Amenities are clean, organized and purposeful. This is the best vacation I’ve ever had and the incredible people truly made all the difference. Pura vida!

Perfect location, exceptional host!

The location of this property is amazing! It is just far enough out of town, down a beautiful beach road just steps from the ocean! At the beach there is a lounging area that makes you feel as if you are at a small beachfront resort. Just down the road is a small boutique hotel and a restaurant that is open to the public. If you want to head into Puerto Viejo or go to an amazing beach in Punta UVA, you are only a 10 minute drive away. Many great restaurants in town with culinary variety. Our host, David, was exceptional. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. He was kind, welcoming, and took very good care of us. You are in good hands with David and your satisfaction and happiness is important to him. He was kind to ask us often if we needed anything from town, he had many great suggestions on restaurants and activities and he even made a bonfire for us a couple of nights. You will be very happy in this little bit of paradise! We will be back!

A quiet and beautiful spot on the beach, 40 minute walk on the beach to downtown Puerto Viejo, 10 minute car ride. Nothing but lush jungle and the Caribbean in our neighborhood of 7 homes.
