Für Sparfüchse

Der Vermieter spricht kein Deutsch dafür 5 andere Sprachen darunter englisch und italiensch. Das Zimmer selbst ist geräumig und sauber und hat einen kleinen Kleiderschrank. Das Bdezimmer wird mit dem Vermieter genutzt und was Sauberkeit angeht ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider gibt es im WC/Badezimmer und auch nicht im Gästezimmer keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Auch ein Ablageplatz für die Waschutensilien im Badezimmer ist nicht vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist nett, höflich und hilfsbereit.
