The home you have booked has a strict no pets policy due to home owner allergies. Bringing a pet inside this home will result in loss of full deposit.

Welcome to Chateau Blanc, a tastefully rennovated home near Snow Summit Ski Resort. With impecable Scandinavian design and modern amenities, this home will be a treat to stay in when you come visit Big Bear.

Upon entering the home you will find the family room to the right. With an oversized comfy sofa, get warm near the wood burning fireplace.  You can watch your favorite movie or show on the large Flatscreen TV.

The kitchen with open concept allows you to visit with the cook while they prepare a great meal. It offers new stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven. There is a coffee bar located in the dining area offering a Standard Coffee Maker and an Espresso Machine. The dining room has a large table with seating for eight plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. You can also gain outdoor access to the deck from the dining room.

Off the dining area is the home's Master Suite. This room is the epitome of relaxation, with clean lines, high vaulted open-beam ceiling with skylight and a seating area. There is a King bed and an attached spa-like bath. The Master Suite also provides direct access to the backyard.

Head down the hall from the family room where you will find a three quarter bath and two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a Twin over Queen bunk bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds.

Upstairs you will find the lounge area, with ample seating, a large Flatscreen TV and gaming console. There is a three quarter bath off the hall. The fourth bedroom offers a Queen sized bed.

You will enjoy the outdoor area, with multiple seating options on the deck. Relax and take in the fresh mountain air! There is a propane barbecue and various picnic tables to sit and enjoy a meal, conversation, and games. Out front there is a basketball hoop. With a nearly flat driveway/court you will have plenty of space to play.

Chateau Blanc provides the perfect accommodations and location to enjoy all 4 seasons that Big Bear offers. This well-appointed home will have your family and friends wining to come back time and time again!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
