A beautiful villa located directly on the sea with private access to the beach in Gennadi. There are private sunbeds and umbrella available for you by the sea. The house on the first floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living and kitchen area, a terrace with sea view, garden furniture and a hammock in the garden and is suitable for 6 adults, with an occupancy of 6-10 people, we also offer the Ground floor apartment for an additional charge. The EC has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an open living - sleeping and kitchen area.

With an occupancy of up to 6 people, the accommodation is in the maisonette on the first floor. From 7 to 10 people, the EC apartment is also provided at an additional cost
