Neighbors are very close, so please keep sound/ disruption to a minimum.
Quiet time after 9:30pm on the weekdays and 10:30pm on weekends.
No smoking on property, please.
Only 1 car in Driveway at a time.

Hospitality was missing!

I’ve thought about posting this for over a week. Chris your home is lovely. However, as a frequent VRBO, I’ve not encountered a lack of focus on hospitality before this one. From a lack of drawer and closet space in bedrooms to use (personal belongings and effects everywhere…including dirty intimates in the master closet that had not been removed), to a fridge largely full and unavailable during a Thanksgiving stay and a 3rd bedroom that is really an office with a blow-up bed that the renter is to blow up, it didn’t feel like my previous VRBO experiences. With such a beautiful home and location, I hope you put more thought into what your guests experience will feel like. As Columbus is my hometown, I am always looking for a home away from home….too bad this won’t be the place. And please don’t infer I should have called…because it would have been awkward to ask you to make room for your guests in the middle of our stay….as the owner you need to anticipate. Hope this feedback helps you for future guests.
