Major plumbing issues!

We had an issue with plumbing all weekend. Water was seeping out from under the floors to bathrooms and closet areas. A lot of water. Owner did send someone out but he didn't seem like a plumber or did anything at all. I had to keep cleaning and washing towels to soak it up. Owner offered a full refund since we were not able to shower and only use one toilet. We never received it and complained to VRBO and sent in all the proof of texts but they didn't honor it either. Very disappointed! Plus you can tell someone was there that morning we checked in. Dishes in sink and clothes in washer were left. Owner is the one that offered discount and then after awhile stopped responding to my messages. Back gate also does not close so if you have a pet beware.
