About this property

Enjoy your own private Idaho with our 2700 sqft farmhouse surrounded by more than 4 acres of grass and tree farms. Our home is in a private gated lake community. There is a newly installed Pickle Ball court out the back door with 2 fire pits and room to stretch your legs! This historic home is celebrating it's 100 year anniversary! It has been fully remodeled with a kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom and loft. The spacious kitchen has large island with beautiful views from every window. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a large loft/ game room and study. The home has ample parking outside. Family room is great for entertaining or relaxing, watching a movie or a game on the large 80" tv. Large wooden deck outside is shaded by a large walnut tree with a BBQ and a wrap around bench to enjoy the unobstructed views of the mountains and wildlife. 6 person hot tub out the master suite for easy access and great views of the mountains.

We are a fun-loving family of 6. Creating a place for our family to play and bond together has been a driving priority in our life. We love having the space and time to play games, soak in the hot tub, challenge each other to countless games of pickle ball and soccer. It has been a joy for the kids to be able to go outside and run and explore to their hearts content! We love to travel, boat, hike, ski, and just have a great time living!

Why they chose this property

We have really enjoyed turning our land into a private paradise! It is a beautiful and secluded oasis. You drive in from country roads to view the ponds and lake. There is a large water feature right at the entrance with a newly planted tree farm to the right. The tree lined lawn is expansive with room to run, play soccer, fly a kite with the kids, or to just sit and enjoy the sunset! The sun sets fabulously over the lawn and water, with stunning views right from the kitchen, dining, back deck and hot tub. We have absolutely loved our time here.
